As Team Leader of Mane’s Mission Critical desk, I have developed a specialist function that supports clients and candidates operating within some of the world’s most high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

From the candidate perspective, I support the full journey including registration, CV updates, targeted job searches, interview preparation and offer negotiation. For clients, I identify resourcing gaps and allocate the necessary time and expertise to secure candidates whose skills and experience align seamlessly with project requirements. I conduct thorough due diligence at every stage to ensure the right people are placed in the right roles.
