Salary: Up to £57,000 depending on experience
Location: Dynamic Hybrid Working (3 days per week on-site due to workload classification)

Your Opportunity:

As the Systems Engineering Lead, you will drive the UK programme for the functional systems engineering team, with a strong emphasis on Verification and Validation activities. Reporting to the Certification Lead, you will ensure all certification deliveries are met with rigour and precision. You will work independently across various teams, applying your skills to deliver high-quality, validated solutions while continuously enhancing your professional growth.

This role requires vision, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills to engage and influence partners effectively. You will lead a skilled team of systems engineers, guiding them to success even under challenging conditions. What We're Looking For:

We're searching for an experienced systems engineering leader with a robust background in Verification and Validation processes. You should be able to:

• Adapt to new challenges, evaluating evidence from various sources with a critical eye.

• Apply your knowledge of requirements management processes, particularly DOORS, within the context of Verification and Validation.

• Organise and lead a team of systems engineers to work efficiently and meet ambitious project plans focused on achieving robust and validated results.
