About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Interior Décor Technician to join our team within a CAA and EASA Part 21G/145 aircraft interior manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality final décor trim to aircraft cabin interior parts, ensuring precision and excellence in every detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Handling: Apply décor laminates to composite materials using a variety of laminates and materials (e.g., Isovolta / Schneller).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications, maintaining full traceability and job card records.
• Efficiency & Productivity: Work within department production and quality targets to meet project deadlines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the team at all levels, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Company Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the wider business objectives.
