Trimmer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Interiors Trimmer with experience in working on suede materials and high-end, VIP jet interiors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in upholstery, trimming, and finishing techniques specific to luxury aircraft interiors, ensuring top-quality results in line with VIP standards. This role requires precision, expertise with high-end materials, and a commitment to delivering excellence for our elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trim and fit suede, leather, and other high-quality materials on VIP jet interiors to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
• Perform interior trimming tasks, including cutting, sewing, gluing, and fitting of seats, panels, armrests, headliners, sidewalls, and other interior components.
• Work with design and engineering teams to interpret interior design specifications and ensure all materials meet aviation standards.
• Ensure precise cutting and fitting of materials, avoiding waste and ensuring efficient use of high-value materials.
• Inspect materials for imperfections and ensure that all surfaces and finishes meet strict quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Interiors Trimmer or similar role, ideally within the VIP or luxury aviation sector.
• Strong background in working with suede, leather, and other high-end materials specific to aircraft interiors.
• Excellent handcrafting skills and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on finishing and precision.
