Tig Welder

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on a permanent basis in Dunstable. This is a day shift role within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and weld assemblies to aerospace standards

• Work from engineering drawings and route cards

• Maintain high quality and efficiency standards

• Support process improvements and cost reduction initiatives

• Adhere to company procedures, health & safety policies, and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• Ability to read engineering drawings and weld data cards

• Experience with Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel

• Skilled in using welding chambers (Glove Box) and turntables

• Confident with measuring equipment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable:

• Aerospace industry experience

• Operator verification approval

Qualifications:

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience

Working Hours (Day Shift):
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am-3:45pm or 7:00am-4:45pm
