The role:

• Lead and manage design solutions, overseeing system architecture development, product design, and the production of contract engineering deliverable.
• Direct and optimise interfaces and trade-offs between systems, subsystems, and functions.
• Lead the development of technical solutions in response to customer requirements, from initial concepts to in-life support.
• Develop, build, test, and trial innovative solutions.
• Create high-quality design documentation.

What you require:

• HNC/HND or Degree in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering.
• Possess the ability and drive to think from a systems perspective as defined by INCOSE.
• Skilled in creating and managing interfaces, specifications, and certificates, producing boundary views, and identifying ownership across the System of Interest (SoI), Wider Systems of Interest (WSoI), and its environment.
• Expertise across the engineering life cycle V-Model, including initial concepts, requirements, design, implementation, integration, verification, validation, maintenance, and supportability.
• Demonstrate proficiency in system concepts and life-cycle selection, addressing system capability issues, understanding the enterprise and technology environment, architectural design, concept generation, and functional analysis.
