The Systems Design team plays a pivotal role in the product development journey, translating customer requirements into detailed system architectures and specifications. This role spans across the Systems Engineering V model, involving negotiation of requirements with missile systems customers, and overseeing the verification and validation process. You'll delve deeply into RF Seeker design and collaborate closely with skilled teams across various development tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way.

We are looking for:

  • Proficiency in model-based design techniques and languages (e.g., UML).
  • Ability to dissect and comprehend customer requirements, translating them into lower-level subsystem requirements and intricate functional architectures.
  • A drive to foster the growth and development of the Systems Design team and its members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Dedication and tenacity to complete tasks thoroughly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills crucial for engaging with stakeholders across various project levels and conveying technical concepts clearly.
  • Consistent track record of delivering results within specified timelines.
  • Capability to nurture robust relationships with colleagues, external departments, and customers.
  • Familiarity with Systems engineering tools like DOORS/DOORS NG/Rhapsody is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of RF/microwave and electronic systems, radar and control systems, and digital signal processing is beneficial.
