Stores Person

MANE are currently recruiting for a Stores Person for our Manufacturing client based in Belfast.

As a Stores Person, you will be responsible for developing and managing stock control processes within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a well-organised stores environment, optimising workflow, and supporting business operations.

Your role will involve efficiently handling incoming parts, consumables, and outgoing products to maintain a streamlined and productive workplace. By implementing effective stock control measures, you will contribute to improving overall business performance and staff efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate stock control processes using the ERP system.
• Organise and manage the stores location to ensure easy accessibility and efficient stock retrieval.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and consumables.
• Ensure outgoing products are processed correctly and dispatched on time.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock availability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the stores environment.
