Specialist ULD Control

MANE are currently recruiting for a Specialist ULD Controller, to join a world leading Aerospace company at London's Heathrow Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the global availability of ULD stock for Cargo and Passenger Operations by collaborating with Revenue Optimization, Operations, and Load Planning teams, handling empty movement requests, and leveraging competitor capacity.
• Manage airside and cargo stocks at LHR, coordinating equipment transportation through GHAs.
• Assign and publish equipment configurations for each flight based on aircraft type, passenger numbers, cargo products, and optimal cargo builds.
• Maintain and improve tools related to ULD Control, including allocation publishers, forecasting tools, and agent release tools.
• Recommend best practices for equipment released to Cargo Agents and track ULD assets and data using the offshore team, automated messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor and improve message ingestion into the ULD Management system in collaboration with Airport, Cargo, and Load Planning teams.
• Analyze data on damaged equipment to ensure timely repairs and hold Cargo Agents and GHAs accountable for damage profiles.
• Investigate and invoice for damages to ULDs sustained by customers and GHAs, tracking all incidents to identify trends and behavior changes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Airport or Air Cargo operations
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Load Control or ULD Management
• Initiative and proactiveness
• Understanding of SQL/VBA is an advantage
