Spares Coordinator

• Sourcing and quoting spare parts for various garage equipment.
• Owning the end-to-end sales process for spare parts, including liaising with customers and suppliers. You'll be dealing with a mixture of supply-only quotes and also quoting from engineer's breakdown reports.
• Owning the warranty process with suppliers to ensure no delays
• Working diligently to meet Service Level Agreements and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, returns, and maintaining strong customer relationships with both independent and group customers
