Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Estimator to join a leading engineering and maintenance company, overseeing operations at the British Sugar Factory in Kings Lynn. This permanent role requires expertise in the FMCG, chemical, or piping industries and a strong background in site supervision and project estimation.

Role Overview:

As a Site Supervisor/Estimator, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and providing accurate cost estimations for projects. You will play a key role in coordinating fabrication, welding, and piping installations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and material assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or estimating role within the FMCG, chemical, or piping industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, and piping installations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating site activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
