Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits and training.
  • Support product development and lifecycle processes within Engineering & Technology.
  • Establish robust standard operating protocols to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Drive issue resolution and containment strategies from F1 events, ensuring peak performance.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver objective-driven analysis to foster proactive improvements.
  • Oversee supplier quality assurance to maintain world-class standards.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience in Quality Engineering or Product Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
  • A deep passion for motorsport and delivering world-class quality.
  • Experience in top-level motorsport engineering or operational roles.

Qualifications

  • A BEng degree or at least 10 years of experience in product and/or quality engineering is desirable
