About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Project Controller - Cost, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of essential military satellite communication systems, directly influencing the future of submarines in the UK. Leveraging our culture of innovation, you will continuously expand your knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Dreadnought team across all aspects of Project Cost Control.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive internal and external cost control reports and documentation.
• Contribute significantly to the creation and management of Control Account Plans, establishing basis of estimates, and managing cost-related assumptions and dependencies.
• Organise and present data to facilitate Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
• Provide essential inputs for Cost Risk Analysis (CRA).

This role offers hybrid working, with two days per week based at our Ashton House site and the remainder working from home

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience applying advanced Project Management techniques in relevant technical project environments throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to foster high performance and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in conducting Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Cost Risk Analysis (CRA), and Earned Value Management (EVM).
