Senior Model Designer

We're on the hunt for a Senior Model Designer to help shape the next generation of high-performance race cars. You'll lead the creation of precise, aerodynamic components - from concept to CAD to wind tunnel - delivering parts that make a real difference on track.

Own critical design areas like the Front/Rear Wing, Floor, and Chassis, and bring them to life through high-quality parametric models. If you're passionate about engineering excellence and thrive under pressure, this role puts you right at the heart of performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead CAD development of car parts - from quick fixes to major redesigns.

• Deliver ready-to-manufacture parametric models under tight deadlines.

• Work autonomously on key projects, making smart, fast design decisions.

• Support and guide junior designers with technical expertise and mentoring.

• Collaborate with aerodynamicists, model makers, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure all designs meet manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong F1 car component design experience across multiple areas.

• Expert CAD modelling skills - from concept to machine-ready.

• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with design standards (e.g., BS3088) and FIA regulations.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude.
