- Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: We offer a flexible approach to working, including a blend of on-site and remote work. This could mean working on-site when necessary for collaboration, and remotely for greater work-life balance. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 or 5 days per week), depending on your preference. Ideally, being on-site 2 to 3 days a week will be beneficial based on project needs and workload.

The Opportunity:
We are a growing and dynamic Electronics Engineering team committed to delivering high-quality projects. As a Senior Engineering Project Manager (SEPM), your role is to manage complex and high-priority projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of highly complex electronic sub-systems, from concept to full production. This is a great opportunity to be a senior leader within the project management team, helping to shape the delivery strategy.
You will be supported by Project Controllers for scheduling in P6 and will mentor Engineering Project Coordinators who assist with a portfolio of projects.
There is a defined career path towards becoming a Delivery Lead or Sector Lead, where you will manage larger portfolios of projects, teams of project managers, and greater customer responsibilities.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate, and committed. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in the engineering development of electronics units
- Extensive experience with Project Management best practices, including Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management
- Proven success in delivering significant projects or programs on time and within budget
- Experience managing projects across all phases, from conception and initiation through manufacture, qualification, and customer delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a sense of pride in the work you deliver
