The role:
As a Senior Engineering Project Manager (SEPM), you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of highly complex electronic sub-systems, managing projects from concept through to full production. Working alongside Project Controllers and mentoring Engineering Project Coordinators, you'll be responsible for ensuring successful project execution across multiple portfolios. This role offers a clear development path to senior leadership positions, where you'll manage larger project portfolios and take on greater customer responsibilities. There are also opportunities for involvement in outreach and community initiatives, including promoting diversity in engineering.

What we want from you:

• Strong background in the engineering development of electronic systems.
• Extensive expertise in Project Management best practices, including Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Compliance, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and programs on time and within budget.
• Experience managing projects across all phases, from conception and initiation to manufacturing, qualification, and final customer delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
