Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procure-to-pay process, from sourcing to invoice clearance.
- Conduct complex bidding processes for equipment, materials, and services, including commercial evaluations.
- Develop procurement schedules in collaboration with project teams and the planning function.
- Write Procurement Project Execution Plans.
- Develop procurement strategies for core commodities.
- Work full-time on-site, closely coordinating with commercial and construction teams.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods and services for assigned projects.
- Procure materials and services on time and within budget constraints.
- Support the reallocation or disposal of surplus materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Authority Matrix.
- Generate internal reports.
- Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards.
- Mentor and potentially lead junior procurement personnel.
- Identify new supplier sources and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the logistics of goods and services required for assigned projects.
- Conduct external reporting outside of the procurement department.
- Assist with proposal development when required.
- Collaborate with buyers and the line manager to eliminate inefficiencies in procurement processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualification
- A third level qualification preferably in supply chain, engineering, or other related discipline.
- Some Technical Knowledge of the Construction Industry would be an advantage.
- Experience of purchasing capital equipment in the Data Centre Industry.
