The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to shape the safety aspects of complex and thrilling products. Your mission will be to optimise safety assurance efforts, ensuring a balance between safety and the necessary lethal attributes of intricate weapon systems. In this role, you'll thoroughly analyse the system and its context to identify the most effective evidence for mitigating hazards, aiming for customer satisfaction. Balancing time and cost constraints, you will build a compelling safety case with the appropriate evidence.
What we want from you:

• In-depth understanding and experience in integrating hazard analysis and safety evaluation processes with the system engineering process.
• Ability to provide comprehensive supporting documentation, including Safety Case Reports, Hazard Analysis, Functional Failure Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
• Strong knowledge of complex electronic systems and related safety concerns. Candidates with strengths in other engineering disciplines, such as design, software, or manufacturing, will also be considered.
