Are you a driven engineer with a passion for quality assurance? We are seeking talented professionals at Engineer and Manager levels to join our growing team in Stevenage.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Location: Stevenage (Relocation package available)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload requirements

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship

The Opportunity: Are you an ambitious and diligent engineer with experience in fast-paced environments? Join us to support projects across the product lifecycle, ensuring core Product Assurance activities meet our high standards. As a crucial part of our team, you'll represent the voice of the customer, contributing to MBDA's global success with your expertise.

You'll collaborate within a knowledgeable and supportive team, gaining exposure to a wide range of activities across multiple sites. This role offers involvement in multinational projects and opportunities to enhance product reliability, minimize non-conformance, and support equipment delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in QA problem-solving methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.)
  • Strong self-motivation and proactive work approach
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and influence change
  • Analytical skills including Excel, SAP QM, and document management tools
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and cultural awareness
