The role:
Join the Quality Assurance Programmes team to support production ramp-up while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Key responsibilities include managing non-conformances, conducting root cause analyses, certifying products, and facilitating Product Life Cycle Gate reviews. You'll collaborate with teams to mitigate quality risks, maintain planning documentation, and drive process improvements, making a meaningful impact during series production.

What we want from you:

• Ideally HND qualified or with substantial experience in Engineering and Quality Management.
• Skilled in modern QA problem-solving techniques such as 8D, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Quality Tools and non-conformance management systems like SAP is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence others.
