Project Quantity Surveyor

Project Location: Dublin, Ireland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport or Visa for Ireland

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual terms while managing commercial correspondence, coordinating with legal counsel as necessary.
• Participate in site meetings to address contractual matters and provide advice on project-related concerns.
• Evaluate project variations and track overall performance.
• Analyse project documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Compile and present monthly project reports, such as Job Costing Reports (JCRs), and ensure timely procurement orders.
• Apply advanced knowledge in dispute resolution and risk management.
• Support the optimisation of the supply chain and carry out commercial audits.
• Develop cash flow projections and issue required notices in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to place supplier and subcontractor orders.
• Prepare and submit client applications while reconciling associated reports.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background
• Have between 3-5 years experience in an M&E company
• Hold a degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
