Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals across multiple projects and locations.
- Apply financial management principles and quantitative analysis to ensure fiscally responsible decision-making within the procurement budget.
- Develop and execute RFP/RFQ packages.
- Independently consolidate and analyse information from various sources to develop effective procurement schedules.
- Maintain a procurement budget tracker.
- Lead vendor meetings and build strong, long-term supplier relationships.
- Develop and implement a contract framework strategy with key supply chain partners.
- Drive and exceed procurement KPIs.
- Manage the full procurement-to-pay process, from sourcing to invoice clearance.
- Develop procurement strategies for core commodities.
- Act as a client-facing representative on large-scale projects when required.
- Identify new suppliers and recommend innovative sourcing strategies.
- Procure equipment, materials, and services for assigned projects.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain a Procurement Schedule Report (PSR).
- Negotiate vendor alliances, rebate agreements, and master service agreements.
- Support the reallocation or disposal of surplus materials.
- Assist with proposal development when required.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Authority Matrix.
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Generate internal and external reports.
- Conduct complex bidding processes and commercial evaluations.
- Oversee logistics for goods and services related to assigned projects.
- Maintain systematic control over procurement, storage, and material consumption.
- Manage fleet, tools, and plant requirements for assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualification
- A third level qualification preferably in supply chain or other related discipline.
- Previous SAP experience
