Project Location: Dublin, Ireland
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous
Must hold either a EU passport or Visa for Ireland
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed Level 4 schedule for project delivery.
- Create cost and labour-loaded schedules as required.
- Attend project meetings, including planning and progress discussions with clients and consultants.
- Produce reports based on site information provided by engineers.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the project schedule is accurately updated.
- Review and incorporate subcontractor schedules into the schedule.
- Ensure all commissioning documentation is prepared, approved, and signed off.
- Deliver weekly and monthly progress reports on the project schedule.
- Provide weekly lookahead schedules to support project planning.
- Participate in weekly pull-plan meetings with the main contractor.
- Analyse and report on critical path impacts to support claims and applications.
Qualifications
- Experience working on large scale fast track construction projects
- Experience using P6 Primavera & MSP or similar scheduling software
- Technical knowledge of M&E systems
- Basic understanding of the emergency power industry
