Project Manager

Project Location: Berlin/Frankfurt/Milan

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, Telecoms, Security is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport

Key Responsibilities

• Strong leadership skills and construction experience required
• Strong digital and personal communication skills required
• Proven project delivery in Data Centre construction environment required
• Strong computer literacy essential
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Perform and execute organisation's safety programs and policies, and compliance knowledge assessments.

Project Planning and Delivery

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans/programs, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Take ownership of project plans/programs from inception to commissioning and handover, driving them to completion with the project team.
• Conduct regular project check-ins and updates to manage delivery and quality.
• Make final decisions on all day-to-day site operational actions and staff.
• Responsible for assessing with all relevant stakeholders all scope and change orders against time, material and labour budgets and communicating this upstream
• Accountability for ensuring project operations are compliant in the country in liaison with the Compliance team.

Budget Control and Commercial Performance

• Take responsibility for project budget control and ensure commercial performance aligns with expectations and targets on the commercial performance

Qualifications

• Degree in construction or relevant industry experience.
• Required certifications in project management qualification, APM® Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or equivalent
• CSCS/VCA-VOL/TUV or equivalent

Desirable

• Certifications in project management qualification, APM® Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent
• C-NET Project Management Course or equivalent
• Certifications C-NET Certified Telecommunications Project Management (CTPM®).
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent
