Mane are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing projects in excess of up to £30m.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of post-graduate experience and will manage these types of projects with ease alongside the Manager.
You must have substantial experience in earthworks, piling, asphalt surfacing, concrete structures, drainage, and utilities. Additionally, they should be proficient in planning, you will have excellent technical management, have the ability to co ordinate clients and be meticulous when it comes to quality assurance.
Requirements:
- You must hold a British Passport
- Demonstrated experience with a reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on driving progress and identifying opportunities on site
- A degree in Civil Engineering (English or Irish. This is essential for visa purposes)
- Ability to pass security checks for the U.S.
