Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Project Type: Hyperscale Data Centre
Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in leading large-scale construction or engineering projects, particularly in data centre or industrial environments.
Eligibility: Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Act as the primary point of contact for the project, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution and close-out.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Attend and lead project meetings, including internal reviews, engineering reviews, and client updates.
Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget and Cost Management:
Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage variations, valuations, and change orders to ensure financial control.
Work closely with the commercial team to ensure all financial aspects of the project are accurately captured and reported.
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE):
Drive a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility across the project.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Project Delivery and Close-Out:
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Oversee the handover process, including the preparation and submission of final documentation, such as safety files, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
Manage the punch list process and ensure all snags are resolved before project close-out.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (essential).
Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a project leadership role within the construction or engineering industry.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, particularly in data centre, industrial, or commercial environments.
Strong experience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
Leadership Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Technical Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, industry standards, and best practices.
Familiarity with QHSE regulations and requirements.
Communication:
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to clients and team members.
