Project Location: Munich, Germany
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor
Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a project or portfolio of projects (regional/sectoral focus).
- Oversee all aspects of planning as outlined in the Planning SOP.
- Report to the Planning Department and Business Unit/Project Management.
- Create and maintain schedules for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Develop and maintain progress databases.
- Provide progress reports and milestone projections, including delay and float path analysis.
- Implement Earned Value Management systems.
- Monitor schedule performance and productivity levels.
- Conduct on-site progress audits.
- Attend schedule meetings and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender schedules and histograms.
- Lead planning meetings and support weekly workface planning systems.
- Resource and cash-load schedules.
- Supply data for payment applications.
- Complete contract review reports.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of schedules and reports.
- Identify and communicate potential issues, offering appropriate solutions.
- Record delays and disruptions.
- Assist with claim preparation and provide data for contractual disputes.
- Travel to project sites as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage, train, coach, support, develop, and lead staff when required.
- Assume Planning Manager or Project Planner responsibilities when necessary.
- Undertake any other duties associated with the role.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in planning for large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequences.
- Ability to create programmes based on essential information (drawings, models, or scope of work).
- Competent in independently managing planning for large-scale projects.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Comfortable working within strict deadlines.
