Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Wiltshire
Type: Contract - Permanent
Salary: Circa £60K plus benefits
An excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to work for a leading engineering company.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process across
a variety of Products.
As a Production Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Leading the team with motivation and inspiration
- Ensuring KPIs are delivered and met across Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, People
- Achieve and improve safe working practices
- Implement improvements to eliminate waste
As a Production Manager the below requirements are essential
- HNC/HND Engineering qualification / degree or HND in Operations
- Lean / continuous improvement manufacturing management
