As a Procurement Subcontract Specialist for Major Equipment Procurement (MEP), you will collaborate with our suppliers to help deliver world-leading defence capabilities for our Home Nations and their Allies.

In this role, you will:

• Lead subcontracts and obligations throughout the entire lifecycle of missiles and missile systems.
• Project manage the on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery of high-value, sophisticated sub-systems.
• Provide commercial guidance to internal customers.
• Manage risk and opportunity to safeguard the interests of our client.

We are looking for the following experience:

• Procurement Expertise: Proven experience in procurement subcontract management, including negotiation and handling contracts and terms and conditions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at resolving daily issues and finding effective solutions.
• Customer Support: Committed to providing ongoing support and cooperation to senior internal and external customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Skilled at analysing situations, presenting opportunities, and balancing risks to drive continual improvement.
