Purpose |
· To provide support to the paint team to deliver accurate and quality products per production requirements. |

Knowledge: |
· Understand technical drawings · Confident in the use of vibrating hand tools & air powered spray guns · Knowledge of measuring equipment |

· Attention to detail · Proficiency working with vibrating hand tools and air powered spray guns · Ability to measure and mix paint and fillers accurately · Good communication skills, both spoken and written · Self-motivated and can work as part of a team or individually, as required · Good listening skills · Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure |
Professional Experience |
Essential · At least 5 years previous spray paint experience. · Use of 2k Paints. Desirable · Aerospace or Motor trade experience. · Use of 2k Water based paints. |
