We provide thrilling, high-performance driving experiences and services, and we're looking for experienced No.1 Mechanics to help maintain and prepare our fleet of performance vehicles and race vehicles, ensuring they're ready for every exciting driving event.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate No.1 Mechanic to join our team. This role will involve working on a range of high-performance cars, particularly focusing on vehicle setup, preparation, and maintenance in our workshop. You will report to the Engineering Manager, ensuring all vehicles are thoroughly checked and performance-ready for our driving experiences or race weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform car setup and preparation, ensuring all vehicles meet the performance and safety standards.
• Work on the fleet experience vehicles to maintain optimal function and condition.
• Be responsible for the car on race weekends.
• Assist Lead and oversee other mechanics in the workshop, providing guidance and support.
• Carry out thorough checks on cars once they are returned to the workshop, addressing any issues or repairs required.
• Maintain and monitor high-quality standards for both the vehicles and the team's output.
• Weekend work and weekend travel will be required, as well as occasional EU travel for events and support.
• Ensure efficient operation and quick turnaround of vehicles for events and experiences.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• GT4 Experience is highly desirable.
• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a No.1 / No.2 Mechanic in motorsport or a similar high-performance environment.
• Strong knowledge of car setup, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to oversee a team.
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.
