Motorsport Mechanic

Mane are recruiting for Multiple motor sport mechanics in Germany

The role involves maintaining, repairing, and optimising race vehicles, motorcycles, or other high-performance machines used in competitive motor sports or special edition models from OEMs. These mechanics operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, ensuring that vehicles are built correctly the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, fix, and replace key components such as transmissions, brakes, suspension, and aerodynamics.
• Performance Tuning: Fine-tune and adjust vehicle settings (like suspension geometry, tire pressure) to meet customer specifications.
• Pre-build & Post-build Inspections: Conduct thorough checks to ensure the vehicle is in peak condition.
• Fabrication & Customisation: Design and modify custom parts to enhance performance or comply with customer regulations.

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical and electrical expertise
• Ability to solve problems quickly under pressure
• Understanding of aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in German
