Mechanical Site Manager

Mane are looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join their client an M&E Contractor. Our client is set to be one of the Top 15 M&E contractors in the UK by next year so this is an exciting time to join this company.
You'll be working on a number of projects and will be required to have a driving licence.

** You must have experience with Air Conditiong and Ventilation and worked on these projects previously**

Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services and installations, ideally in the commercial sector. Responsibilities include:

• Project programming
• Preparing and managing technical submittals
• Procurement of materials and services
• Sub-contractor and labor management
• Cost control and budget tracking
• Progress reporting to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Overseeing project and program implementation
• Interpreting and working from design and technical drawings
• Conducting technical and progress meetings
• Regular site inspections and snagging
• Compiling and delivering O&M manuals

You must have a valid CSCS card - Management level and a valid SMSTS.
