Mane are looking for experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join their client a specialist M&E prefabrication contractor working on some exciting Data Center projects.
This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing mechanical and electrical installations in large-scale projects such as data centres, district heating schemes, high-rise residential, and healthcare developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of specific projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Lead and develop site management teams, including subcontractors and direct employees.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, including commercial, design, and health & safety teams.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Ensure all site teams are working with the correct drawings and that all equipment is procured according to specifications.
- Monitor material and labour costs, working closely with the commercial team to maintain budget control.
- Assess and vet subcontractors to ensure they meet company standards.
- Conduct weekly project meetings to address critical path elements and resolve potential issues.
- Provide accurate reports on contract variations and monthly valuations.
- Oversee the preparation of O&M manuals upon project completion, ensuring all documentation, as-built drawings, and certifications are in place.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple teams and delivering projects valued at €2M+.
- Relevant experience with mechanical & electrical installations and project management in the data market sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Projects, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full clean driving licence.

Travel Requirements:
The role is predominantly site-based in the Banbridge area and requires flexibility to commute to different projects within the region.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
