Project Location: Helsinki, Finland
Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, or Semi-Conductor is preferable.
Must hold either an EU Passport or Residency in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the package from inception to completion.
- Review package and raise RFIs - assess the scope and generate high-level Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Develop package overview - create a summary or overview of the package.
- Create high-level programme - develop a package-specific schedule.
- Compile equipment list/material takeoff - prepare a list of required equipment and materials.
- Plan and schedule technical submittals.
- Conduct interfacing review - coordinate with other disciplines.
- Develop and issue tender pack - create the tender package for commercial team pricing.
- Answer RFIs from potential subcontractors.
- Analyze tenders and make recommendations for subcontractor selection.
- Facilitate subcontractor onboarding.
- Develop programme with subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
- Hold weekly meetings with subcontractors to review progress.
- Finalize design, including technical submittals, RFIs, calculations, layouts, interface management, and BIM coordination.
- Attend necessary coordination meetings (BIM, Mechanical, MEP, Interface).
- Ensure BIM coordination includes plant replacement strategies and maintenance access.
- Provide weekly reports to the Mechanical or MEP lead.
- Compile weekly progress reports, highlighting risks and including a photographic diary.
- Work with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor on site safety.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Manage project schedule and costs with the Project Manager and Commercial team.
- Oversee material deliveries, equipment, variations, and valuations.
- Ensure proper change management.
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor activities.
- Manage the snagging system and track labor hours.
- Attend meetings and maintain subcontractor documentation.
- Schedule and track material deliveries.
- Assist in the information handover to the commissioning team.
- Support the commissioning team in resolving snags (issues) with subcontractors.
- Close out the final financial account of the project.
- Complete and hand over operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals and provide necessary training.
- Finalize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) list.
- Address and resolve any remaining issues on the punch list.
- Finalize and hand over safety and quality assurance files.
- Manage relocation of materials and plant equipment.
- Ensure site spares are organized and documented.
- Ensure all guarantees and warranties are in place.
- Complete and hand over the final project plan.
Qualifications:
- Degree or trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.
- Proficiency in IT, including the MS Office Suite; experience with BIM 360 is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar management-level role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Familiarity with various testing procedures, methodologies, and tools used during commissioning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to document and resolve issues arising during the commissioning phase.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to commissioning activities.
- Capability to conduct safety risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures during commissioning.
- Effective collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Expertise in preparing detailed reports, manuals, and documentation for handover to the operations team.
