Mechanical Package Manager

Frankfurt - Germany

Must hold an EU Passport or residency / work permit in Germany

Data Center, Pharmaceutical and Semi-Conductor experience

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee site safety in collaboration with the project team, including setup, management, and closure of the safety file, and review of contractor EHS documentation and performance.
• Manage site QA for the mechanical package, including setup, file management, and review of contractor QAQC documentation and performance.
• Coordinate project schedules with the project team, consulting engineers, and client, providing weekly progress updates.
• Handle costs related to project mechanical packages, including labour, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
• Administer the snagging system for mechanical packages and track punch lists from supervisors.
• Submit labour hours (direct and subcontractor) for central tracking.
• Coordinate the closeout of project items, including the final account, manuals, safety file, QA file, and material relocations.
• Support project reporting, including weekly progress updates, risk assessment, and delivery status.
• Maintain up-to-date subcontractor documentation, safety records, and project labour projections.
• Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and issue costs to the client.
