Project Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor
Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical systems within assigned scope.
  • Ensure safety compliance and oversee the setup and closure of the safety file.
  • Coordinate site QA processes and documentation with the QA manager.
  • Manage project scheduling in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Control costs, including subcontractor activities, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.
  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Track subcontractor progress, conduct weekly meetings, and manage manpower levels.
  • Oversee snagging and ensure timely resolution of punch lists.
  • Submit labour and material tracking for central monitoring.
  • Attend site, planning, coordination, and handover meetings.
  • Lead project close-out, including final accounts, O&M manuals, snag lists, and project plans.
  • Provide weekly cost and progress reports, highlighting risks and delays.
  • Plan and track material deliveries per project schedules.
  • Maintain a photographic diary of weekly project progress.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience working with a recognised Mechanical/Electrical contractor in process mechanical / pipework
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in use of systems software related to Engineering functions
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise
