Mechanical Engineer

Project Location: Dublin, Ireland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport

Key Responsibilities

• Directing mechanical engineering projects while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect project requirements and offer technical support during the design phase.
• Developing comprehensive mechanical designs and drawings utilizing CAD software.
• Performing inspections and tests to confirm that project deliverables align with the specified standards.
• Managing project documentation, which includes technical reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Interacting with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participating in site visits and factory acceptance tests as necessary.

Qualification

• A degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in mechanical project engineering, preferably in the power or energy sectors.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
