Senior Mechanical Engineer - High-Performance Motorsport

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of key sub-assemblies, including cooling systems, bodywork, and MGU integration, contributing to the performance and efficiency of elite racing machines.
• Utilize your expert-level CATIA V5 skills (surface, solid, and drawing modules) to create high-quality designs that meet the rigorous demands of motorsport.
• Apply your deep knowledge of race car components and systems to optimise performance and reliability.
• Work in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment with engineers and technical experts to bring groundbreaking designs to life.
• Deliver precision-engineered solutions, ensuring seamless integration of high-performance parts and systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in LMP or a comparable high-performance motorsport environment.
• A proven track record in the design of racing car surfaces, demonstrating a keen eye for aerodynamics and performance-driven engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.
• Proficiency in standard PC tools (Word, Excel) to complement your engineering expertise.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset-this is an on-site, full-time role in a world-class motorsport facility.
