Mechanical Construction Manager

Project Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management and prepare relevant reports.
• Manage design consultants and building contractors.
• Provide solutions and cost projections for the project.
• Coordinate site design, construction, and resource planning (labour, materials, and subcontractors).
• Lead a large team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and project profitability.
• Manage project commissioning and report on construction progress.
• Handle any other duties related to the role.

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:

• A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager
• Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
• A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
• Computer skills - Windows, MS Office and MS Project
