Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £42,000

The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen on the development and production manufacturing lines for a support engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design requirements into user instructions and developing the project's manufacturing architecture. You will also coordinate daily support for the operations staff within the manufacturing facility.

This position offers a chance to expand your knowledge within manufacturing as we develop into future opportunities. Work packages such as Industrial Validation, manufacturing architecture, and factory of the future principles provide challenging objectives for growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21
• Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject OR BEng in a relevant engineering degree
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to meeting delivery milestones
• Ability to interpret design drawings to produce manufacturing build instructions
• Strong team player, able to work within and contribute to a team environment
• Awareness of digital communication platforms for effective workplace communication
