Lead Electrical Engineer

Project Location: Milan, Italy

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor or Substation

Must hold either a EU Passport

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Electrical Engineering function for the project.
• Provide weekly reports and updates to the Project Director and Client.
• Ensure technical compliance and manage complete, accurate handover information.
• Review and issue Technical Submittals aligned with project specifications.
• Review and issue RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Manage a team of Electrical Engineers and package managers.
• Oversee supply chain and vendor engagement.
• Communicate technical issues to the project management team as they arise.
• Monitor and review engineering progress regularly.

Qualifications and Key Criteria:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience with hyper-scale data centres (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven management experience with team leadership abilities
