Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Project Location: Blanchardstown Dublin, Ireland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold an EU Passport or Stamp4 Visa

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare subcontract documentation to ensure compliance
• Price mechanical and electrical tenders for sustaining sites
• Measure and price contract variations
• Prepare monthly interim applications for payments, as needed
• Issue contractual notices and assess claims for loss, expense, or acceleration
• Provide fast, competitive, and profitable estimates for enquiries
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams
• Measure site progress weekly, including productivity and required physical metrics
• Manage subcontractor accounts, ensuring financial and contractual control
• Generate accurate project turnover and cash flow forecasts
• Continuously review cost plans to maintain target margins
• Mentor QS team members, especially junior staff
• Analyse and report on project trends
• Manage and forecast package cash flow
• Enhance and apply best practice commercial processes
• Complete other relevant duties

Qualifications and Key Criteria:

• (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry.
• 3-4 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• A wide understanding of work contracts
• A working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work Packages
