Up to £80k

About the role:

We are looking for talented FPGA Design Engineers to join our team, contributing to a variety of projects such as advanced signal processing systems (Image/Radio), core embedded processing systems, and safety-critical systems.

In this role, you will be involved in every phase of the FPGA design life cycle, from initial requirements through to validated design. This presents an excellent opportunity to influence designs significantly, explore cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with diverse multidisciplinary teams. You will also utilise the latest tools and technologies offered by leading FPGA vendors.

What we are looking for:

  • Designing complex FPGA architectures and implementations using VHDL, Simulink, etc., focusing on Xilinx, Intel, and Microsemi devices.
  • Proficient in verifying complex FPGA implementations using VHDL and System Verilog/UVM test-bench methodologies.
  • Expertise in FPGA design toolsets and Mentor verification tools such as QuestaSim & ModelSim.
  • Strong proficiency in developing low-level software (C) for FPGA testing and integration with embedded systems.
  • Capability to configure and document designs to meet rigorous professional standards.
