Job Description: Ducting Production Operator

Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the production of high-quality ducting components. This role involves working with a range of metals and requires strong hand skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain Operator Verification Approval Stamps
• Manufacture finished ducting components to customer specifications using various metals, including stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel
• Assist in introducing new techniques and improvements to working methods
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Identify and suggest opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Follow all relevant AWPS and standard operating procedures
• Comply with company Health & Safety and Fire Safety policies and attend mandatory training sessions
• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented mindset

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Comfortable following verbal and written instructions
• Team player with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy
• Well-organised with good attention to detail
