About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our growing team within the defence sector. This role will involve the design, development, and testing of advanced electronic systems that support cutting-edge defence and aerospace technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects that directly impact military systems, electronic warfare, and defence communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and prototype electronic systems and circuits for defence applications.
  • Work on a wide range of defence-related technologies, including radar systems, communications, weaponry, and autonomous systems.
  • Conduct simulations, analysis, and testing of electronic components to ensure functionality and compliance with military standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including systems engineers, software engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic systems, ensuring systems meet high reliability and performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with defence industry regulations and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies and innovations in electronics and defence engineering.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in electronics design, development, and testing, preferably within the defence or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB design, signal processing, and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with defence industry standards and security requirements.
  • Proficient in relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium, MATLAB, SPICE, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with power electronics, RF systems, or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of military or aerospace-specific technologies and applications.
  • Experience with high-reliability electronics for mission-critical systems
