Job Title: Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Engineer

Salary: Up to £55k, depending on experience

Location: Stevenage or Bristol

You will take ownership of EW requirements and lead system design, ensuring exceptional performance within deadlines and budget constraints. About You:

• Deep expertise in systems engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience in complex systems development, ideally with knowledge of Weapon Systems design and validation.
• Practical experience across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Strong capabilities in systems integration.
• Familiarity with Electromagnetic Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Support/Surveillance systems.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strategic thinker with skills in capability assessments and technology road-mapping.
• Effective communicator with a talent for building relationships across all levels.
• Proficient in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
• Eligible or willing to apply for DV clearance.
