Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturer in High Wycombe, is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their production team. This role involves the assembly of electro-mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using hand tools (e.g., cutters, crimp tools, screwdrivers) and soldering irons.
• Follow work instruction sheets, drawings, and verbal instructions to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate progress, delays, and quality concerns with cell supervisors.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to the company's 5S policy and health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Receive training on additional work equipment as needed.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

• Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting English.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand tools and soldering irons.

Desired:

• Experience with measurement equipment (e.g., voltmeters, continuity testers, force gauges, micrometers, verniers, oscilloscopes).
• Familiarity with using computers for data entry and information retrieval (e.g., Word, Excel).
