Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans in line with client requirements.
• Communicate contract quality requirements to project staff and relevant business functions.
• Coordinate with the client on all quality-related matters, ensuring a consistent approach to client relationships.
• Manage and resolve quality-related issues at Project Management Team and Supervisor levels.
• Conduct audits and reviews to monitor compliance with the Project Quality Plan and procedures.
• Work with internal auditing teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
• Oversee the structured handover of Quality Records to the client on a system-by-system basis.
• Implement a systematic approach to project completion and handover.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Trade qualification in an Electrical Discipline.
• Experience in Data Centre projects (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment systems.
• Proven experience in supervising electrical personnel, ideally managing teams of 30+.
