Electrical Package Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical package on-site, focusing on LV systems, fire alarms, and solar PV
• Maintain project schedule, budget, and resource allocation for electrical works
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain quality and safety
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to address defects and handover requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Collaborate with mechanical and civil teams for coordination of works
• Lead and support site teams, resolving technical issues as they arise
• Prepare reports, method statements, and risk assessments
• Track material deliveries and manage supply chain issues
• Experience in electrical package management on large-scale construction projects
• Background in LV electrical systems, fire alarms, and solar PV installations
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety, and testing procedures
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background in LV electrical systems, fire alarms, and solar PV installations
• Knowledge of electrical regulations, industry standards, and safety procedures
• Experience working with general contractors on data centre or industrial projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
• Familiarity with installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
